Former MLB pitcher Reyes Moronta passed away in a car accident on Sunday.
The accident happened in the Dominican Republic, and he was 31 years old. Moronta played six seasons in Major League Baseball, most recently with the Los Angeles Angels in 2023. He spent most of his career with the San Francisco Giants but also pitched for the Dodgers and Diamondbacks.
